How to Remove the "View Full Invoice Details" link?

Hi, Our system recently updated and is now sending sales invoices with a link down the bottom of our emails to view the invoice online, I am just wondering if anyone knows how to remove it? The lin...

Hi LauraBirks 

 

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If you are using the Send Emails Using AccountRight feature then there is 2 options; to either send the link only, or to send the link along with the invoice as an attachment.

 

To change the preference, go to; Setup > Preferences > Emailing > When Emailing Invoices.

 

In that same window, you can click into Email Defaults and edit the Message that is sent along with the Invoice.
