"View your invoice online / Click here to view” block on Invoice - does not work

There is a "View your invoice online / Click here to view” block automatically included on an invoice produced in Business Lite. When one sends a PDF version of an invoice produced in Myob  this  "View your invoice online / Click here to view” block appears.

When a customer presses on this "click here to view, they are sent to a myob website - 

https://paydirect.myob.com/pay/#/xxxxxx

This page has an Export PDF block with Download PDF or Print PDF. Both the Download PDF and Print PDF give an error message when pay direct via myob is not used.

Why include a function that cannot be removed and does not work properly?

    Hi Doreen_P,

    Your response assumes I want to register for Online Invoice Payments and pay the myob  Transaction fees: 1.8% of the invoice total + $0.25 per transaction. 

    I do not want to register for Online Invoice Payments.  Rather I want my customers to pay via EFT.  If I submit a case via My Account to get this issue resolved?

    Good pickup on the “View your invoice online / Click here to view” block that’s automatically added in MYOB Business Lite. This happens when your file isn't registered yet on Online Invoice Payments. You can check this link for more info on how to setup OIP.
