You'll need to check if you're on the latest version of the Windows and if .NET framework are all up to date. This may require assistance from your IT person. If they're all up to date and you're still getting the same error, please get the diagnostic log and have it provided to our support team directly for it to be checked further. You can reach out to them via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
