PLEASE HELP

When I try to print reports i get the following message :

 

HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_NOT_FOUND)

 

Advice and help will be appreciated

    Hey stevenML,

     

    Make sure you're on the latest version of Windows and that .NET Framework is up to date. If everything is up to date and you still can't print reports, reach out to our support team directly on on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, so they can check this for you.

    Thank you Doreen

     

    I thought that is what you would say as I see it is a common problem, I have the latest version of Win 11 and .NET is UpToDate and still no luck, I have had no updates or changes made to my PC besides the last MYOB update.

    I have logged a Call via My account once again and do not expect any feedback besides a " here is your reference number and the issue has been closed " standard feedback.
