I want to keep the credit card payment feature on my invoices but not the BPay option. Can this be done?

In this matter, if you're referring to Online invoice payments, if this is enabled for a customer's invoice, this will provide the customer with the ability to pay for the invoice via credit card or BPAy. You can remove Online Payments from a particular invoice by unticking the Online Payments option on the invoice, but you are not able to deactivate one specific payment method with Online Payments.
