Import error 11
Hi. I do a weekly import into AR Live from Retail Manager (previously a MYOB product). On 22/11/2023 for the first time ever I got an error message #11 when I did the import - which was for 1 record...

Thanks for your replay but I don't think you have addressed the question or else I am just confused by your answer.
Imported a file from Retail Manager - I have checked the dates on all records contained in the file (sales and purchase transactions). They are all dated in October or November 2023.
My compnay file in Account Right has the current year as 2024 ending in June.
Why would AR think that the dates in my import file aren't in 'the current FY'? I have attached a copy of the MYOBLOG wihich shows the error message

Unless you have edited the log file, you will note that there are no details for the affected transaction. This usually occurs when there is a blank line at the end of the import file. Take a look at the import file to ensure there are no empty lines AR2023 might want to import.
