Import Invoices $115.01

Question

Hi&nbsp;Looking for help importing customer Invoices. If the value of Invoice importing is $115.00 - MYOB is importing value as $115.01.&nbsp;Causes pain when customer has their Invoice for $115.00 and paying $115.00&nbsp;The import fields dont care what vales are in columns GST, GST AMOUNT, INCLUSIVE.&nbsp;Just treats amount as GST Exclusive!&nbsp;MYOB can't help - have tried many ways - hopefully someone can help.&nbsp; Before Covid as not an issue - unsure why it is doing now.&nbsp;Help please otherwise will have to change software......Thank you all who answer - appreciate very much.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

MYOB please make import field GST work. Inclusive or exclusive and allow gross value $115.00 not $115.01.

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. This can happen if the invoices you are importing are using the item layout - it will then pick up the inclusive/exclusive preference noted on the item selected in the invoice.&nbsp; &nbsp;

So I can look into this further, Would you be able to attach a screenshot of the item information, and the invoice after it's imported along with the document you used when attempting to import?
