We have and issue with emails going to the intray for which we raised a ticket. The ticket after 3 days was marked as solved but we have had no correspondence about it and it still is not working...
Personally "Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA," is a complete waste of time It has shown me - on several occasions, blank screens asking of those solutions helped.
