You’re not alone in running into that issue with In Tray. You can check the steps I shared with the other user, because the same tips apply. If you’re forwarding from Outlook, have a quick look at any rules you’ve set up and switch them off before sending. If it still refuses to show up after trying that, it’s a good idea to get in touch with our team so they can check over your setup and make sure everything’s pointing to the right place. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
