In Tray

I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window) Is ...

Can't seem to load purchase invoices from the in-tray. Is there a problem with the in tray or how do I fix it.

Online chat said MYOB are aware of the issue.  Will be fixed between 2 - 24 hours.
