I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window) Is ...

I am having the same issue. I have been unable to email an invoice to the in tray since yesterday, 17/11/2025.  I am unable to drag a pdf document.  I am using the desktop version, which I prefer.  An error message in RED "Something went wrong - some documents failed to upload - try again later".  The pdfs I'm uploading are 100KB to 400KB.
