In Tray

I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window) Is ...

I am having same issues as everyone else here. The intray is coming up with an error message and saying it is empty. Also cannot upload any documents.
