In Tray
I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window) Is ...
I'm having the same problem too. I add things to the in-tray and they dont appear, or some have been "unable to upload documnt" it also stays on the loading screen for ages and doesnt actually load anything.

Appreciate the heads‑up on how much In Tray does affect your work. The good news is the In Tray issue has been resolved on our side, so you should be able to get back to it now. If anything’s still playing up, log a support case via My Account so that our team can look up your details and get a proper fix. For the Status Hub login trouble, give this link a go instead. It’s the right path to check current service updates without the password loop.

Doreen_P The in tray is still not working and i also put in a support case yesterday morning and have not been contacted. Can you or someone escalate this please, i am going on one week not being able to use it and work back long is effecting my work significantly.
