To resolve the incorrect total sales report and missing salesperson data, ensure the date range is set correctly from July 1 to July 9, 2024, and check filters to include all salespeople and categories. Verify that sales entries are correctly recorded and categorized, especially for K Chow. Review the report settings in MYOB to include all relevant data and check for exclusions. Rebuild or refresh the data file via File > Optimize Company File to address potential data corruption. For the report showing NIL results from July 2023 to June 2024, confirm that historical data isn't archived or filtered out and that financial year settings are accurate.
