Welcome to the Community Forum! To resolve the issue, you need to ensure that the currency is set for both the customer or supplier and the invoice or bill. Here are the steps:Set the Customer/Supplier's Currency:
- Navigate to Card File > Customer/Supplier > Currency.
- Select the appropriate currency for the customer or supplier.
Set the Invoice/Bill's Currency:
- Go to Sales/Purchases > Invoice/Bill > Currency.
- Ensure the correct currency is selected for the invoice or bill.
