Invoice Printing

Hey Suwani,
It’s not ideal to face issues with printing invoices, especially when you’re under the pump during EOFY. First things first, make sure you’re using the latest version of AccountRight, as updates often tackle performance issues and bugs. If you’re already on the latest version, break up your invoice printing into smaller batches, perhaps 200–300 at a time, before attempting larger ones. This can ease the system load and help avoid crashes. If none of this does the trick, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
Cheers,
Doreen
We are using updated version. When we print used to print all it print in order of our branches so we could seperate them easily. When you tick manually, you have to count how many you are ticking as it won't show you how many have been selected. Also, when you filter the invoice number range it won't prints the order we won;t. We spent whole day sorting 1700 invoices as it did not print in order when we did small batches.
