Hi there JoanneAB,
It appears that the email address you're using may be blacklisted on the recipient's end. With that, you can reach out to the recipient, making sure that the email address you're using is whitelisted. This is to ensure that you will no longer receive the error message. Also, you can reset your email address from In Tray. See this link for more information.
