I import these reports every few days and never had a problem before.
Is there a way I can send these to you on a Private message as it has personal details in the reports.

Hi KristyNH , I reviewed the text file (comma-separated) and found that the "" around a value in address line 1 was causing the import to crash (when moving to the field matching screen, ie when loading the import file). Removing those "" characters allowed the mport to succeed.
Perhpas a moderator could run this issue by the developers?
