Items List and Items Register Differ

Hi,

 

The On Hand value in our Items List for Item RM704 shows a value of 1000 while the Items Register shows a value of 0. We do not currently have any of Item RM704 in stock so the Items Register is correct and the Items List is wrong. There are no future transactions. Can anybody help fix this?

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    My first suggestion would be to compare this value against both the Items Register window and the Items register report. If the values are correct everywhere, and just out in the Items list, it might be a display glitch that can be resolved by running some online scripts. So we can do that, send us your serial number and company file name by Private Message.
