missing file

Hi I received an email saying that I would be notified before myob would start migrating my file however I have received no notice and my file has been missing for over a week, I have sent an email but no response, I don't want to wait on the phone for another two hours has this happened to anyone else and what other options are available other than ringing?

    Thanks for reaching out. You don’t need to do anything from your side right now. There’s currently a backlog with our migration team, which is why there’s been a delay and you haven’t received the next update yet. I understand this has been frustrating, especially with your file being unavailable longer than expected. The good news is your migration is still in progress, and our migration team will reach out to you as soon as there’s an available spot to continue with your file. There’s no need to call again in the meantime. Thanks for your patience while the team works through this.
