Thank you for the information supplied re "file size". I passed it on to our Ostendo Software support. Their response was only...... that my volume of transactions is very unlikely to cause a problem relating to file size, and that it is more likely to be an API issue. We discovered that even though Ostendo batches show as "ready to send" in the Ostendo program, the transactions do appear in MYOB.
I check the MYOB transaction journals at the end of each day, to ensure information has transferred.
