MYOB AR In-Tray not creating purchases

I am able to drop & drag Pdf's into the MYOB AR In-Tray but whenever I click on 'Create New Bill' nothing happens. I have tried closing and reopening the file but still no luck. Any ideas are appreci...

Thank you for your post, and I apologize for the delayed response. Could you kindly attempt to clear your AccountRight Cache and see if it resolves the issue? Clearing the AccountRight cache has proven effective in addressing certain discrepancies within our software. Clearing the AccountRight Cache
