I understand that you were not able to get the Tax Invoice from My.MYOB. Generally, the primary contact can access their MYOB invoices in MY.MYOB account and selecting My Account>>Invoices after logging in. You mentioned that you were not the owner of the business, I would recommend that, if you were not listed as a Primary Contact on this file you may contact your administrator and ask to add you as a primary contact so you can have access to the Tax Invoice. You can send me the details on your account by Private Message so I can investigate this.
kindly send me a Private Message with this details:
- Serial Number
- Business Name
- Your first and last name
- Email address associated to this account.
Note that sensitive information cannot be posted in the Forum.
