If you're still having issues with customers not showing up from the drop down even after you have entered their name manually, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat as the issue may require further investigation. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first to our virtual assistant, MOCA through myob.com/support. Don't worry, if MOCA can't provide the help you need, our live chat team is just around the corner to pick up from where MOCA left off.

MOCA was useless. How do i find live chat?

Hi Braden,
Sorry for replying so late. To connect with our live chat team, you can head over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower right-hand corner) to open MOCA. From there, type in "get help from a support agent," and this will give you a link to open a live chat.
