MYOB PayDIRECT - Why is the Browser and Desktop PAYDIRECT functions maybe different. How can my customers see a list of all unpaid invoices and pay multiple invoices? Plus Statements?

Hi Team

 

MYOB PayDIRECT

Just setup and starting to explore as one payment option for our customers.

 

Am I understanding it correctly that the Browser and Desktop PAYDIRECT functions maybe different? Why is that?

How can my customer see a list of all unpaid invoices and pay multiple invoices?

 

I have tried some test and sample emails, from our desktop program and the email to customer only directs them to one invoice, not a list of all outstanding invoices?

 

Can PAYDIRECT be added to Monthly Statements so customer can pay all outstanding invoices at the end of the month based on their Account Statement?

    Also, when I try to open PAYDIRECT from my Samsung mobile device via the PAY NOW or VIEW INVOICE button on the email it will not open in phone browser.

     

    Says "THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED"

      Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!

       

      I can see that you would like to know how your customers can see all of the unpaid invoices, account statements and pay the invoice. Please check the helpful articles, as they will show how customers can view their unpaid invoices and pay.

       

      Also, have you tried to open Paydirect using your computer? as it is not working on your mobile phone. If not, you may retry using your computer or reboot your mobile phone.
