As the saved PDF file looks correct then it could indicate that the drivers on your printer may not be fully up to date or fully Windows 10 compatible. Most printer manufacturers publish the up to date drivers on their website, if you’re not sure on how to update these drivers I would recommend speaking to your IT Professional.
