MYOB syncing with other apps

Hi I wanted to ask everyone here if they have a similar issue.

We are a cabinetmaker company and we use a Cabinetmaking App called 'Jobman' specifically designed for this industry for all our Client Projects/Jobs.

The invoices and bills are created in Jobman and then synced to MYOB.

Previously Jobman 1 was upgraded to Jobman 2 and lately we are having issues with invoice/bill amounts syncing to MYOB multiple times.

When the correct Debtor invoices sync to MYOB the multiple invoices follow but these multiple invoices always seems to be 1-2 cents out which Jobman Support seems to think it could be a MYOB and a rounding up issue.

The Creditor invoices Jobman will just sync multiple copies of the document for no reason at all. 

We have asked 'Jobman Support' about both these issue and they seem to think it could be an MYOB issue as well.

I wanted to check here before going back to Jobman Support to sort it out their end.
