What is going on with MYOB Uploads/In Tray at the moment. For the last 3 days I've had documents that simply don't upload, they just keep scanning and others that do Upload but MYOB doesn't recognise...

Sorry this has been happening for the past few days. We’ve seen an incident report of In Tray documents staying stuck on scanning and supplier details not being recognised correctly. A recent service issue affecting supplier detail pre-filling was rolled back and marked resolved, but as you’re still seeing the problem across both AccountRight and MYOB Business, we’d like our support team to investigate this further. I have a client who is having major issues with Uploads. She is using a MYOB Business file that was one of the original Essentials files - not sure if that has something to do with it.
So she mostly emails invoices into MYOB, and sometimes uses Drag & Drop. Some of her invoices were still scanning 2 weeks later - we deleted those and re did them.
But the main issue is the 'reading' of the invoice. Department of Transport has become Government of Wester Australia, one supplier has become NAB - which is his bank, but is not mentioned anywhere on the top part of his invoice, and others could be the Trading name one day, and other days it is listed as the Company name. Very, very frustrating and time consuming.
Is another example of AI being way too smart for itself and stuffing up a system that was working well?
