Thank you so much for the detailed information. I would be glad to help you with this, can you please confirm the last four digits of your Serial Number and the Company File ID's

    Last four of the serial number are 8271.

     

    Company file number just appears to be 1, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

        I've cleared the cache and restarted again, but the same quantity is still showing. Is there something further I need to do from my end?
