Thanks for taking the time to raise this. Our teams are aware of a display issue impacting the amount of documents displayed in the desktop. We are in the process of investigating further to resolve accordingly. As a workaround in the meantime, if you view your file from the browser you'll be able to see the correct number of documents displayed.
Since the update, I've also lost documents from the in-tray when clicking on 'create new bill'. I figured the incorrect number of documents showing was related.
