Incorrect Payment Date

How Do I delete a payrun as have put date of payment as

01.01.2026, b ut paid employees 31.12.2025.

Now have incorrect 'Employer Deduction Report' as has gone into January and should be in December. Can anyone help me to correct this?

Hey Raewyn3,

To fix that payment date mix-up, you’ll need to delete the pay run for for each employee, then reprocess using the correct payment date. Make sure to update IRD for the original pay run that’s already been submitted so everything lines up. Once the pay run is deleted, it’ll also remove those incorrect deductions from your payroll reports. You can find a detailed guide by following this link.

Hi Doreen,

Followed instrutions as per above and all worked out well.
IRD is a bit of a pain to navigate as my update to them does not show as is too early so just had to write an explanation.
