Reversing wage processed on incorrect date.

I have run a wage using incorrect dates, have also approved Payday Super payment for that wage.

I need to reverse the wage and run it with the correct dates in March 2026.

As I have authorised the Payday Super payment how does this effect the superannuation process in the correct wage I am about to process? I don't want to pay Payday Super twice?

Many thanks for your assistance

    Hi OnBalance

Thanks for the details on the change that needs to be done in your recorded wage and super, which really helps.
Because you have already authorised that Payday Super batch, the super for that pay is treated as paid for that period, so you do not want to send the same super again with the corrected wage.

If the batch shows as Completed, it means the super has already gone to the fund. In that case, record the corrected March pay but remove or adjust the super so you are not paying it twice, and if that first payment needs to be fixed, you would usually ask the super fund to refund or correct that original contribution.

    Regards,
