It's a valid point and something that could be better communicated to users during such transitions, as the in-tray is a feature only accessible when the file is online. If the file was backed up and restored locally, it wouldn't display any documents from the In Tray. This includes any documents that have been attached to a transaction. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
