Outstanding Purchase Orders
Do we not have a report that we can run to see a list of outstanding POs? If I run this report from the 01/09 I do get a result, but if I back date it (which I do have POs beyond the 01/09) it won't...

Hi Eliane,
Yes, as you’re using AccountRight Desktop, please clear the AccountRight cache. Close AccountRight first, clear the cache, then reopen it and check the report again. You can follow the steps here: Clearing the AccountRight cache
If the transactions still appear in Purchases but not in the report, don't hesitate to contact our support team so they can investigate further.

Thanks Genreve! Those instructions are pretty good, but unfortunately, it didn't work, I just reopened MYOB and tried running the report again. It will only work 01/09/26 - 04/09/26.
I have emailed support team, but this takes a long time to be responded to.
