Thank you for your post.
I suggest trying to run the report for a shorter amount of time if possible.
You can also try using another web browser or clearing your current web browser cache.
Does the same error happen when you try to run the report through the desktop software?
Please let me know how this goes.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your response. I can't change the time period it runs as it is run at a particular date, not a period of time between two dates. It runs perfectly fine on 17/11/2022 or any date before that and then gives me the error on 18/11/2022 and every date after that. I've tried running it on Google Chrome and Edge and it still gives me the same error.
It also gives me an error on the Desktop version so I can't access it through there either.

Can you please do the following, as we have seen this resolve the issue.
Take a backup of the company file and restore it locally, you should then be able to run the report. once this is done, you can then restore the backup online.
I have linked our Help Article on backing up and restoring which will provide the steps on how to do the aforementioned tasks.
