pdf quotes or orders not attached to emails
Yesterday & today I noticed that some random pdfs have not attached to emails. We don't use MYOB to send invoices. We still use Classic Outlook. Another computer in our office cannot now attach any pdfs to any emails even when we changed over to MYOB sending the invoices.
This literally happened to 2 quotes sent to the same client 5 minutes apart.
1st quote - no pdf attached and 2nd quote it did. I now can't trust MYOB with anything I send because you can never see the draft email before it is sent from the outbox.
Again another laborious procedure to endure now - attaching pdf files to separate emails.
Ever since MYOB has changed to single sign on, we have experienced a multitude of sign on problems with every pc in our office and laptops at home.
We had to delete current versions and reinstall them so many times just to log back in.
There is no chance you can ever get through to speak with anyone from MYOB. I have requested support 4 weeks ago and still nothing.
Basically this is now getting beyond a joke and of course they keep jacking up the price!!!!!!!
