Personalised letter to active customers only

I want to send a personalised letter to ACTIVE customers only? I dont want to inactive customers on the list. How do i do this please?

    Hi Sheridanm 

     

    Thanks for your post. While it's not possible to select only active cards you could look at using Identifiers to filter the applicable customers.
