pictures in customised remittance

Hi,   I have customised my remittance advice for pay bills. I have inserted a picture, however this picture does not display on the printed/ermailed remittance? Please advise why this may be and ...

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with the images for the templates. I would recommend ensuring that the file we are uploading the template is 200KB or less in size and in one of these formats: bmp, jpg, gif, png, tif.

    Hi Genreve,

     

    Thank you for the response. The size of the image I am uploading is 32KB. I have also tried uploading in PNG and JPEG formats and neither are showing on the form.

     

    Please advise next steps.

      Hi Belinda_K, 

       

      Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delayed response. 

       

      In this case, since it has not been uploaded. I would suggest creating a new form using the old one as a reference and trying to add the image to it. 

       

      Let us know if the issue persists. We're looking into it further.
