Remittance Advice Customisation
Is there a way that I can customise my remittance advice using professional?

Hey TrishMc00,
There's no option to customise the remittance advice template in MYOB Business. Stuff like adding your logo or changing the layout using professional isn't an option. Customising the remittance advice form is only available in AccountRight, and will show up as a template when you’re working in the browser. You can check this link for more info.

Hi Doreen, what is the reason for customisation (e.g. adding our logo to remittances and adding our business contact details) not being available in MYOB Business Lite/Pro? This seems like a basic feature and there are already options to customise the invoice/quote/statement templates. Why are we not able to also customise our remittance advice template in a similar manner?

We, forum moderators don’t have insight into why certain features get added or not, that info sits with the development team. Generally, the team focuses on changes that make the biggest difference for the most people.
