Please remove the "From 1 Oct" pop up box

Today, every single thing we do in MYOB brings up your pop-up about credit card changes. What's next, weather widgets? I have been on MYOB for 30 min this morning and have closed that message about 450,000 times. 

 

Make it stop!! We need to dismiss that message and never see it again, let alone every second later. We don't even take on-line payments so we didn't need to see it once.

 

Someone at MYOB, please use your product for 5 mins. Experience the annoyance.

    Hi DJMX5​. Confirming that the banner (and the pop up) related to surcharging changes on Oct 1st has been removed based on the feedback here in the forum.
    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
    We will get this fixed up and put back in place, most likely next week.

    Morning DJMX5​ , the message was re-added last night but this time with the pop up removed.
    If you find that the pop up is still showing you should just need to check that you are on the latest version and update. Regards, Mike

    Hi DJMX5​, thanks for the post, that has helped us see that something has gone wrong here.
    The pop-up wasn't intended to behave this way. It's meant to show once, not repeatedly.
    I have raised it with the team and they are looking into it to try and get this fixed.
