printing statement or receipt from customer card directly

is there a way we can print or generate a customer's statement directly from their customer card or the Aged Receivables screen rather than having to load all customer statements in the review screen...

Hi Genreve

I tried doing that but i'm getting a publishing error - see below - which i'm not sure how to get around?

    Hi natk,

     

    Thanks for checking that. It sounds like the publishing error is coming from an invalid tag in the form or template. Could you please check the tags used there and just click the Sales tag only, and don’t add a new one, then try publishing again? If it still comes up after that, please send through a screenshot of the tags and we’ll take a closer look.

      Hi Isaiah

      Sorry i'm not really sure what you mean as i didn't add any tags that i know of and not even sure what they are in order to take a screenshot of "the tags". Sorry, not that tech-savvy, i simply copied and pasted my initial post from here into the ideas exchange.
