Purchase orders disappearing

Question

I reported this problem some months ago and was told a fix was coming. To date I haven't noticed that this problem has been fixed. When a user creates a Purchase Order and I enter the invoice relating to this, the order doesn't appear for me to convert to a bill.

When I search for the purchase order number (from the hard copy purchase order), the number belongs to another supplier.

Can anyone enlighten me? This would be causing problems in accounts departments surely?

Good morning&nbsp;Our problem with orders was in relation to a secondary person having access to an old subscription to MYOB.&nbsp;Once this was sorted, and she was moved over to the right one it was fixed.&nbsp;It took about 4.5 hours on the phone to fix.&nbsp;Regards&nbsp;Leeanne
