purchases: Double Handling Invoices, EOM and approvals
Hi All,
I'm wondering if there is a smarter way of doing this.
Currently, at the beginning of a new month, I check last month's statements against an aged payables report downloaded to Excel. I fix any errors and confirm that the statement is correct. Then when payables are due I go back through the aged payables spreadsheet and pay invoices using the pay bills feature.
This feels like double handling. Is there are more sensible way to do this? I'd love to go through the statements, confirm that the statement is correct and have the whole thing ready to pay at EOM.
Any good ideas? I know I can forward date payments but wonder if there is a better way to do this.
