Thanks for your post. I have moved your post from the Essentials/Business board to AccountRight as auto build is not yet available in that programme, so I was assuming your are using AccountRight. Let me know if this is not the case.
Are you trying to create a purchase order to buy the separate items from your auto build items? You would usually do this in the Backorder List Window that appear when you record a sales invoice.
