Thanks for posting. Indeed, you can create a service invoice for one-off items. Here's a simple way to do it:
- Go to the sales command center and click Enter Sales.
- In the Enter Sales window, select the customer you're invoicing.
- In the layout field, select Service.
- Enter a description of the service you're providing in the Description column.
- Enter the amount for the service in the amount column.
And that's it! You've created a one-off invoice with just a description and an amount. If you need to adjust the total, you can simply change the amount in the amount column. You may also check out this helpful article on creating invoices for more detailed information.
