That timeout error usually pops up when one or more items in the order have an on-hand quantity between 0 and 1. A quick fix is to record an Adjust Inventory transaction to bump the on-hand quantity of those items above 1. You can check this link for more info. Once that’s done, you'd be able to convert the order to a bill. Alternatively, our team can run fix scripts to help the timeout error. Thank you for your reply and quick fix.
However, this is not a solution when orders are multiple pages long, a very timely exercise. Would be great for Myob to fix this error for future orders.
