I've spent some time going through community posts for AR, and there definitely seems to be a low level of customer care overall. Very disappointing to me, as I've been an MYOB customer for over 10 years, using the much more rock-solid AccountEdge on mac, sadly now EOL.
As I've mentioned, this bug is a deal breaker for our use of MYOB, and if they won't fix what should be STANDARD functionality, or provide a feasible workaround, I am left with no choice but to migrate to a different accounting solution.
So frustrating as I only migrated to AR a few weeks ago...
So CloverQ now it's over to you. Are you going to escalate this bug in STANDARD and DOCUMENTED functionality for resolution in a timely manner, or are you going to leave yet another paying customer high and dry?
