MYOB Uploads Errors

What is going on with MYOB Uploads/In Tray at the moment. For the last 3 days I've had documents that simply don't upload, they just keep scanning and others that do Upload but MYOB doesn't recognise...

    Hey all, service has been stabilised now. Can you please attempt to re-upload the documents. Please delete previous attempts of uploading the document first. Cheers, Amanda.

We are also having the same issue.  No invoice line details, job not populated etc

I'm sorry to hear you're also seeing this, with the invoice line details and job fields not being populated. As this will need to be checked further, please reach out to our Support team so they can investigate the issue with your file and uploads.
