I've replicated this matter in my end and can confirm that a quote generated from the AccountRight desktop version can indeed be converted to the browser version. If you're encountering any issues during this process, could you please share an error message or a screenshot? This will help us investigate further.

Please see attached screen shot relating to Unsupported Feature that is not allowing a Sales quote to be converted to an Invoice from the browser version!

Hi Mike
I too wondered the same thing however there is another Quote that can't be converted and all it has is 2 lines with 2 different item!

Hi robcraw,
Thank you for your response. Could you please navigate to Sales settings > Layout in your browser? Update it to "Services" and then click "Save" on the layout selection. This should update the setting. Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.]Looking forward to your response.
