Novated Lease Category Fault on Browser

Good morning

 

I am trying to set up the basics for a new Flare novated lease on MYOB Accountright but keep getting an error when I go to add the new account codes to the 'Create Categories' section. It will not save the codes.

 

I have attached a copy of the the error message.

 

Any help appreciated.

    Nice work grabbing a screenshot of that “Something went wrong” error with your Flare novated lease setup. That helps to see exactly what's happening. A script can fix the error. You'll need to get in touch with our team for the script to be run. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.
